Learning to Care for Our Planet and Community
At Da Vinci International School, we believe in the importance of giving back to the community and caring for the environment. Through our Team Earth program, students complete up to 60 hours a year of community service, focusing on environmental clean-up and promoting sustainability.
Students will engage in hands-on activities such as cleaning the environment, recycling, and learning how to reduce waste. These experiences teach them about the impact of their actions on the planet and how they can make a positive difference.
By participating in Team Earth, students not only contribute to keeping their communities clean but also gain a deeper understanding of environmental issues and the importance of responsible stewardship. This program helps build a sense of community, teamwork, and responsibility, preparing students to be active, environmentally conscious citizens in the future.

At Da Vinci International School, we recognize that true education goes beyond academics. Our Life Skills Program is designed to equip students with the tools they need to thrive in all areas of life, especially as they transition to universityand future learning endeavors after high school.
Through this program, students are introduced to essential concepts in psychology, learn problem-solving skills, and understand the importance of self-care. They also gain practical skills in time management, social interactions, and working through difficult life situations.
We believe in fostering independence and self-improvement, which is why we emphasize self-teaching as part of the learning process. This approach helps students develop the skills necessary to face challenges in higher education and beyond, preparing them for lifelong learning and personal growth.
Our Life Skills Program is an integral part of preparing students not just for success in school, but for success in life.
Cooking Classes

Once a Month
At Da Vinci International School, we’re thrilled to introduce our Cooking Program, starting this year with Jr. High and High School! Students will participate in monthly cooking classes, where they’ll learn essential life skills and have fun while preparing meals.
Through this program, students will develop teamwork skills as they work together to follow recipes and instructions. They’ll learn how to substitute ingredients, giving them the flexibility to adapt recipes to everyday cooking. This hands-on experience not only equips students with practical cooking skills but also boosts their confidence in the kitchen.
The Cooking Program is designed to teach students how to create delicious and healthy meals while fostering important life skills like patience, problem-solving, and collaboration. Plus, it’s a fun and interactive way to make learning about nutrition and food preparation exciting!

Included as an Elective
At Da Vinci International School, we understand the importance of language in today’s interconnected world. That’s why we’ve designed a comprehensive Languages Program to give our students a competitive edge and enrich their global perspectives.
Starting in Junior High, students can choose to take extra language classes. For High School students, the opportunities are even greater! Students not only continue learning foreign languages but can also study up to two academic subjects in their native language, providing a tailored and supportive approach to their education.
With three years of language instruction in Junior High and four in High School, our program ensures students have the time and resources to master their chosen languages. Learning a second (or even third!) language opens doors to new cultures, careers, and opportunities, making it a cornerstone of our holistic education model.
We believe that every student has the potential to become a global citizen, and our Languages Program is here to help them communicate their way to success.
Volleyball

Twice a Week
We’re excited to announce the launch of the Da Vinci Volleyball Club for Jr. High & High School, starting in 2024! This new club gives students the opportunity to learn and practice volleyball, enhancing both their athletic skills and their ability to work as a team.
The Volleyball Club will be available during morning sports time as well as after school, three times a week. Students will have the chance to develop their skills in passing, setting, serving, and spiking, all while fostering teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness.
Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, our volleyball program is designed to challenge all skill levels and encourage a fun, supportive environment for everyone. Join us and be part of the Da Vinci Volleyball team as we build athletic abilities and lasting friendships!
Vocal Training

Once a Week
Our Choir and Vocal Training programs cultivate musical talents and essential life skills, such as communication, confidence, and teamwork.In the Choir Program, students collaborate to master vocal techniques, perform traditional and modern songs, and gain the confidence to shine on stage. For Junior High and High School students, the Vocal Training Club provides personalized coaching to refine pronunciation, pitch, volume control, and public speaking skills. These programs celebrate self-expression and inspire students to connect through the universal language of music while building their confidence and stage presence.
